Default Sore hands

Does anyone else get sore hands, while riding and have blisters on the top of your palm? If so how do I fix this? I used to have calises(sp) and now they got ripped open again and its very annoying I tried a lot of different gloves, so maybe I should just quit being such a baby?

I also have Scott. Bought mine off of ebay. You could try the all aluminum grips that are out now
