i live on an acre with about a half of an acre to ride on and i was wondering how much maintnence would come with a blaster because i want something fast. how fast would a blaster go with a jet kit k&n and a pipe. And how fast would the 250ex go with the same mods?

 

the blaster would definetly go faster, im going for almost the same setup on my blaster, ill tell you how it works when its ready, but yeah the blaster should be faster, just be ready for the oil injector to fail(like mine).

naw, id still go for the blaster, you can buy an oil injector block off kit, so you can premix your gas, if its a hardship to mix your gas, then you can always go with the 250ex.

 

my blaster goes like 50-55, i raced a 250 ex stock and i smoked him, with the mods i think the blaster could probly pull 60 if you push it, but i wouldnt try pushing the quad too much, the mods help mostly for acceleration, and torque( wheelying power!!!)

 

haha Blaster vs. 250ex! Blaster will smoke that 250ex... We have a blaster and have had no troubles at all... Defanitly a good quad....

WAY MORE FUN ON THE BLASTER.....

 

my blaster has a dg pipe and open air box lid with a uni filter jetted and a 44 tooth sprocket on the rear and i can out run a 350 raptor, and a 400ex is about 3 foot ahead of me but in the sand i can jump em both but the 400 eventully catches up. ia aslo ran a compresstion test some time ago and its not quite to par.

 

hows the DG pipe? is it pretty good? cuz i just won one on ebay
