I know this doesnt answer your question but it does fall in line with mine, so I figured I would add it to yours...

I was wondering what the best pipe for any warrior would be or are there some pipes that work better than others on different year warriors?

Just curious..

I have a 98 Warrior. I put on a T-4 Procirucut Aluminum exhaust $209. The exhaust works best with a combination of modifications to the airbox. I drilled 6 one inch holes in the air lid and put filters in them. ProFlo aluminum adaptor and a K&N airfilter (w/outerwear). I also just put in a torque stuffer from a yz400, WOW what an improvement on the low to mid torque. Of course I had to rejet my machine.

The exhaust is LOUD, so if your neighbors are sound sensitive this is not the pipe to get. The improvement to the power/torque is drastic.

I have a supertrapp race series with no end cap. now that is LOUD! It shakes the ground and you can't hear anything if you are withing 30 feet of it. I also have a torque stuffer from white bros but i did not notice a difference.
