I recently got a stroker kit from alba for my warrior and when I got the box of Parts I took it to my mechanic and said here ya go. Well after days of him sending imy crank case out to get the rod pressed on and some other stuff done to it he realized that after he got the motor together and back in my frame that the cam wasnt right. So he called alba and they said they sent the wrong one. It was supposed to have another bushing pressed on it. So they shipped me the right one. I talked to my mechanic and he asked me more ?'s about the kit. It was suppsed to be a 400 stroker kit. He said he never would put this in his bike because it wasnt a true stroker kit. It came with a longer rod so the piston traveled up higher but the rod wasnt offset a quarter inch to give it the extra quarter inch when the piston goes back down. Anyways to make a long story short they never sent me the stroker crank and the box that I got wasnt supposed to be shipped to me. It was supposed to be shipped to a place where they modify the stock cranks into the stroker crank. Now all the labor my mechanic did Alba is paying for. I'm getting my stroker kit put in for free. I havent had my warrior for a little over a month now and its gonna be another 2-3 weeks... SUCKS!

 

I got a team Alba pipe..great customer service..even after I paid they answered all my questions very promptly.

 

Yeah they were really cool about it. Before I could say anything about the labor they told me to have my mechanic send them a bill.

 

Yeah, I have heard the customer service is very good at Alba.....
