Default No spark Warrior!?

I have tested, checked, wiggled, inspected, replaced, removed, etc., etc., etc....

I can't get my 93 Warrior to spark. I went to buy a CDI and the guy practically refused to sell me one until I had gone over everything again.
The stator was bad and has been replaced. The coil tested good to start with, but now tests bad, but I still don't get a signal from the CDI to the coil so even though it needs to be replaced, it couldn't really be the problem. The connections all seem to be good everywhere.

I will listen to and or try anything.

Can you post the Ohm readings on your stator? i had a similar problem and after replacing everything and thinking my stator tested OK it was just short of spec.

Also, I have never seen a CDI or spark coil for that matter go out on these Yamaha 350's. It is usually the pick up coil or the stator.

The new stator reads about 340 ohms across the one set and about 220 ohms across the other set. This seems to fall within the range I was told was acceptable for this unit.
When I test the secondary coil on the ignition coil, it tests at over 20x the ohms listed in the book. Primary reads within spec. Problem is I'm not getting a readable signal from the CDI to the coil.

My dads 94 warrior had the same problem it was the pick up coild wire it was loose after i got is fixed it run smoothly. Check the startor and its wire well the smallest bend on a wire will not give you spark.

I don' t have my manual handy, but 220 seems off. white to white should be .7 or .8 with your meter set on 200, and your white/red can either be around .350 with the meter set on 2K or some models can be over 500. However, the circut which makes spark has to be at least 280 to get fire. I just installed a new Ricky stator and it read 295, although this number can be as much as 335 according to the manual.

Can you verify the colors/circut of the wires your testing along with their readings. This would be helpful in determining if they are off or not.
I spoke with Rick Stator about this in some length and he advised me that anything below 280 on would not make spark(your is 220?)

My bad stator read in the 250 range. The other 2 circuts tested OK
