The 2005 seats being changed are enough to buy the 2005!!!!!!!!!! Don't know who was the cement block builder, but the 04 seats were too hard by a long shot..............[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

have you sat on a 05 seat? Ive ridden a 05 for a few hours and it isnt any softer. Only difference i could tell is the gripper cover.

If i was buying a yfz right now and i was paying cash i would pick up a used one. There is one over at the y f z central site for 6000. It has elkas on it and a few other good things. There are always good deals.

If it is a $400 or more difference, id go with the 04. I've ridden the 05', and there is no difference at all. It will save you money for a Dr. D pipe for more power. And there is really no problems in the 04', at least with mine.

the dealer here told me that they also changed the shifter, rear brake pedal and something on the front suspension for 05. I think the front suspension thing was just a different factory setting or something. plus the limited 05 is sweet looking.

what's up. i'm trying to find a place to order a TC (Tom Carlson) full race pipe threw, but can't find a damn place that sells it. i saw one today on this womens yfz at the CNY powersports drags in cortland, ny, and she had a lotta good stuff to say about it. any info about this pipe would be greatly appreciated! peace

pretty much set up for woods riding/harsecrambles right now, with the occasional visit to the drags and motocross tracks thrown in for good measure

- gytr number plate backgrounds
- mini sponsor kit
- bling star "iron cross" bumper
- dg full swigarm/chassis/a-arm skidz
- razr 2's on polished douglas .190's
- renthal "mcgrath" style bars
- acerbis rally pro hand guards
- gibson pro peg nerfs

- Curtis Sparks or TC full race exhaust (if i can find where to buy the damn TC pipe!)
- k & n filter/jet kit yada yada
- gibson front end w/custom axis shocks
- durablue x-33 or lonestar axecaliber axle
- lonestar chrome steering stem
- clarke/ims bigger gas tank
