Default riding land being developed!

The area of land where i ride my quad is being developed! Theyre going to put in a huge neighborhood. Now im going to have to drive a while just to ride. Which i realize some of you guys have to do so i guess i was taking it for granted but still it sucks! So im gunna ride like hell while i can!

Do what you gotta do man. I used to ride in a big field behind my back yard, then me and my friend got caught by the guy that "leases" the land. I don't think he'd do anything though, he doesn't know where i live lol. But now half of the field has been over run with grass and weeds so i'm scared to go out there, because it'll leave trails right to where i come in at lol. But hey, those construction workers might set up some nice little jumps for you while they're building the houses

im pretty sure they wont mind you for the most part...just stay away from where there actually working(ive seen a few dirtbikers rip through were my friend i survey a large construction site) also, when you start to see lathe(long stakes) with writing on it...try not to ride around there anymore, that means there tryen to get that land to the proper grade and they wont be too happy if you knock a few of em out...cus i know we arent happy when that happens.

Well either way have fun. Respect them and they shouldn't mind you riding around there as long as you don't screw with what they're working on. But i tell you what. Riding on dirt roads is pretty fun unless its really really dry, then you have to dodge dust "and" tractors and bulldozers. Thats not too much, but then again, yeah it is, just don't get hit lol.

I'm in the same boat this winter...not with the quads though....they built a housing development right where the main snowmobile trail intersects to provide access to the gas station.

This means I have to now leave the trail system way early and drive my sled down the road for 1/2 mile to get fuel. I'll be going through a couple of sets of carbides this year...lol.
