Well all my Predator does is wheelie off the line and sometimes wheelie all the way through second gear under hard acceleration. I can say that when my Predator was jetted wrong and not running a correct octane level, I was getting beat by 1 1/2 to 2 quad lengths in 300 feet race by piped and jetted YFZ450's and Raptor's but thats it. Now that I am jetted correctly I would like another shot at them. Oh and I out weigh the riders by more than 80lbs.

even my 03 pred would do that in drags... i am quite surprised to see you talking good about the pred ernie... a lil bit more of a machine that you originally thought?

i dont have a yfz, but i had a guy on a preditor that said his would "run a hole in the wind" an i gave him the hole shot and 2 seconds and i still beat him BAD.

I was left thinking, if his runs a hole in the wind i wonder what mine does?

What are you doing on a Pred ernie? Get sick of going fast?

Maddog, just decided to be different. I was going to get a YFZ but so many people have them and the engine problems generated with them, Crank shaft rod bearings going out.

bahahaha! thats rich. do you want the truth? take it from a honda/yamaha guy. i give credit where credit is due, and the preditor has it. although i can beet a pred till i top out, i must say it is a good quad. it looks cool (accept for the missing plastic by the tank) its fast and you can get it modded for mx, trail riding, or duning. you can definatly see that polaris has done its homework on the options people want for there quads. but for the trails it isnt as good as my rappy IMO. where my quad acts like its on rails going around corners, the pred slides around and looks like it can get you into alot of trouble. also you cant wheelie as good on it as the rappy IMO.

you know what, now that i think, you are totally correct. preds are aboslutely the best thing ever on 4 wheels, what was i thinking.. raptors and every other quad cant even compare to those monsters, im thinking about switching over to polaris, they are soooo great. faster than any other quad also. what was i thinking
