I am waiting for a blk and wht and have herd some chater about california not getting theres until a month or so later than everyone else. I herd there were mods that had to be made. I am wondering what those mods are and if all raptors are going to end up with the mods on the second production run. I live in kansas but would like to know that the secound run biks are as powerfull as the first ones released. Does anyone know anything about this

 

Its so you will be CARB legal. or did you just want to ride it out of the state?

 

If you don't live in California then you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
