Default Grizzly clicks while starting

I have recently purchased a 2003 Grizzly then immediately sank it in the creek...grrrr! I had to wench the bike out of the river while it was off. I drained the battery completely. All I would hear was clicking coming from some sort of a relay perhaps, located to the left of the battery. This device has a few fuses located on it. It seems the bike is good for a few tries to turn it over then all I hear is clicking coming from this device. I have takin the battery to Walmart to be fully charged and it read good on all tests. I find this hard to believe that it may be the battery. Is it possible that it is this "relay" type device that needs to be replaced? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

My first guess comes from your own statement of 'it sank'

Have you pulled the spark plug and tried turning it over?
Very well could be hydro locked!

Other wise you have could have a bad ground leaking out the charge

Hook up a voltmeter, across the battery, and when you press the starter button, watch the voltage. If it drops below 10 volts, then the battery is shot. Or take the battery to napa or autozone, and they will do a free load test.
Has it dried out yet? The starter could have water in it.
A simple check, to rule out other stuff, is put on jumper cables, and try to start. My guess, is a bad battery. That clicking is from the starter relay, and if the voltage drops, it kicks out of the circuit.
If you jump from a car or pick up, make sure the donor vehicle is OFF. If the motor is running, and the alternator is spinning, the voltage could be too high for an atv
I agree, with checking the connections, too. Make sure they are tight and dry, and clean of corosion.
