If you are looking for a Raptor Mukuni jet kit, look on ebay. I saw one for sale from a guy named Mike I think in Missouri for $59.00. Also if you go to his personal website they are even cheaper. Goodluck

It's better to start alittle high. I have 150/155 in my wifes stock rap with K&N pro flow and the baffle out.

Dont buy a jet kit, its a waste of money. Use the Mikuni jets from your dealer.
If you are too lean you will backfire on decelleration and your plug will look white. If you are too rich your machine will bog out and your plug will look black.

Be sure to remember what kind of jets that you are getting and don't mix them. If you get the Dyno jets you should run 146 and 148 and will have to get the new needle, but if you get the mikuni, i'm not sure exactly what you should start with but I know they run in bigger sizes and I don't think you need to change the needle. Maddog already said how to check it to see if they are right. Also, it greatly affects the jetting if you have the airbox or not and if you leave the top on or not. You will have to go a lot larger if you do away with either. I have the same wb slip on and had the 146/148 in it, then got the pro flow and got rid of the box and now I have 175/180 in it. Also, get the pro flow and not the K&N drop in filter so that you can do away with the lid or airbox later if you want to. You can get the proflow with the K&N or the foam filter. If I knew what I knew now, I would have never bought the kit, just the jets.

can you steer me in the direction of what a proflow is and where to buy sorry for the dumb questions like i said i am a sportbike racer looking to have something to play with in the winter. so not yet familiar with some of the talk YET! also i was searching for on how to jet and found the GREGV article but there are no pics? anyone else can help? I am Mechanically inclined and want to do this my self with some buddies. so any help is appreciated but i will go and get the 150/155 and go from there. i heard the jets were only like a few bucks a piece anyhow.
