I've seen where honda riders take their quads out of gear going down hill or shift way up to keep from flipping over foward. But of course this is on very steep hills that I would not even attempt. So haveing EBS all way around is not what you want all the time, but at least you have the option. As always, all quads have bad and good points.

I've had my y2k Kodiak for a month now and couldn't be happier. I really like trying to attack everything in 4X2 and be able to go to 4X4 with a push of the button. I plan to put a 5' Moose Plow on mine this winter and dump the stock tires in favor of better traction. I don't know if you'll ever find a quad that will do it all. But I think you'll come real close with a Kodiak.
