I heard this will be last year of production I bet that bike would be highly valuable in the future if it is the last year they produced it . too bad, I like two strokes for racing maybe im just old school but I know if they came up with a new big bore two stroke many people would buy it why can they make a low emmision two stroke jetski outboard motor snowmobile but not a sport quad? seems like many people like two strokes still for light weight and high reving arm jerking power. I mean how many people here would buy a redesigned Banshee with a 600cc two stroke engine! I know I would.

I want a quad with a cr500r motor in it. I think they should redesign the banshee as a 500cc twin. They'd have to keep the banshee as a twin because that's what has seperated it for so long, the first true twin cylinder quad, so I feel it'd have to stay that way to be a banshee.

The end of the banshee is inevitable, whether they hold it off another year or not. It will come, and I'll still have mine, and I'll put a price tag of 12G's on it.

buy a honda 250r and drop a cr500 motor in. all you have to do to the motor is put a heavier flywheel in for strength.

My bet when they go out, They'll have it chrome or billeted aluminum out and do nothing to the engine IMO

I'm not a fan of the shee but they sure are fun to race. It's kinda funny how it used to be the 250R vs Banshee back in the day but with all of these new bikes out now I find myself makin buddies with guys on shee's just because we all ride 2-strokes. It will be sad to see them go. I actually heard that '05 was the last year.
