which rotation for kenda klaw rears?

Default which rotation for kenda klaw rears?
i see many people putting the kenda klaw rears tread pointing foward and back which way is better?

Default which rotation for kenda klaw rears?
With the tread pointing forward, (Like in my pics) it is for hard pack, backwards is for softer terrain, like sand, loam....It is a dual patter tire.
