I concur whole heartedly. I couldn't have said it better myself.

The MSRP is wway overshot and the thing will flip every time you turn to sharp. It sits way to high of the groud considering its too skiny wheel base. The YFZ is faster anyway. therefor i strongly suggest you get off the pot
ahahahahahahahahahaha. raptors arent tippy. everyone says they are. so you think it is. and if you get aftermartket tires, it will def not tip. i ride on 2 side wheels on my zilla all the time and its wider. and i cant even get my buddy's raptor to tip over on 2 wheels. it may 'seem' tippy. but ive never got that thing on 2 wheels even when tryin to.

and the YFZ is by no means faster then the raptor. it may be quicker. but in top end the raptor has it by a few mph's.
Raptors are great quads. no probs with them except the 01 tranny's which was fixed in 02. I recommend you get the Raptor 660R if your thinking about buying an ATV.
I don't know wutt u've been smokin.........my raptor still doesn't handle very well.....and mine is much wider and lower than stock......I REALLY dislike how the stock raptor handles......

BigScary,

It looks like you have a reveresed offset on your front rims. That makes the Raptor handle like ****.

I can understand your last reply.

Otherwise, that is 1 cool Raptor you have!

True I have first hand experience on that one, a buddy did that, and I was darting all over the dunes, almost wrecked!!!

I always have to help him turn around when we get somewhere tight.

MIke.

Agree with you, if you're over 6'4" like I'm, YFZ feel very small . I thought that by the mistake I'm sitting on blaster. But otherwise sharp looking quad. But I like my raptor better, because of the size of machine and reverse gear.

I personally have a 04 raptor, never had any problems with it, its fixed up an all but its got plenty of *****; torque. i like that its high and all , its like a lil lift on a quad, but yeah the yfz has a wider base, oh well it sucks in trail rides since its so low and the suspension isnt made for it, yes it has an awesome suspension but not for trail rides, plus top speed the 439cc isnt gna be able to keep up top end with the dual chamber carb 660. no way jose!!
