So what's a good prive for some YZF fronts? Found one set for $225, and one in the $150 range.

I have yfz fronts as well with +2 but originally went on my stock a-arms. With stock a-arms you must grind down the gussets on the a-arms as well as grind the eyelet area at the bottom of the shock, because it will rub. You must also grind the frame eyelet back about 1/4". Don't worry there is a lot of beef there. Check my pics. The great thing about the improvement with these shocks is adjustable rebound. Which means when you land hard you don't get sprung right back up to your origianl position like a rocket. They are also much stiffer. I would go with a used set of yfzs if you can. Much cheaper.
