sounds like a toasted headgasket. Has your motor ever had the head off of it?

14mins.. my raptor has been bone stock (except with pipe and such) since i bought it new. I thought about putting a piston and cam in it a while back but I thought i would wait and have the works done to it by experienced engine builder.

The coolant level being way overfilled is an indication that additional pressure is being pumped into the cooling system from a tear in the head gasket, thus your apparent overflow condition. I would put a filter on that breather hose if you havent done that yet.
