intake divider???

intake divider???
one of my friends is looking at an intake divider made by ThumperNOW for his 250F dirtbike. they make these dividers for four stroke dirtbikes, so i am wondering if they make them for fourwheelers too. it says they add horsepower, torque, and added throttle response. any information is greatly appreciated. thanks
