my buddy has a yfz, and when he turns the key and holds the button to start it, it will roll over once, sometimes twice but never keeps going, just stops, what is going on with it? the battery seems to be fine, if you let go of the button and hit it again, it does the same thing, WTF?

OMG, the same thing is wrong with mine. I took my battery to a shop and it was low so I bought a new one. I installed it and there was still the same problem. It's above the header pipe. When your sitting on it it shold be about level with your knee. The hole is pretty small like the diameter of a pencil, maybe a little smaller. I never even noticed it there before the hole showed up so if he doesn't see the hole it's probably alright. I don't know if a screw went in there or what, I don't have a lot of information on it, like I said, I never even noticed it before the problem.
