Speed wise the warrior would be faster, however it handles like a tank. I have seen plenty of 300 ex's eat up warriors just because they are so small and nimble, you can chuck them around easier.

If you have ever ridden both, you would know that isnt the case.

As the others have stated, the honda is easily the better handling machine but gives up power and speed to the warrior.

I've never been beaten in the woods by a 300ex. I just got rid of my 01 Warrior to get a YFZ 450. It was a great machine.

Renthal bars, MSR clutch, DG and Armadillo skids, Denton steering damper, Holeshot XCT tires all around, E-series pro meg exhaust, K&N, jetted, and much more little stuff.

I have ridden the 300ex...it is less tippy than a warrior..it doesnt have a resevoir shock on the back like the warriors do..

and until 6th gear they are side by side...so once again pick a color..cause not a problem with my 02...or my buddies 00 EX..and they are ridden hard

plus the warriors reverse is easier to engage.

and isnt the warriors carb bigger than the 300?
