Default wolverine dyno jet size

anyone think the instructions are really off. i know its a starting point but not even close.a 155 main on my wolv makes it smell like a gas station.150 better, and i think the 144 is the best. (have 147.5 on order to try)the factory jet is 141.3. im at under 1000 ft sea leval, fmf pipe, drilled air box,kn filter like to here from some wolv owners with similar mods what size jets they run.

If using Dyno Jets, bear in mind that their numbers have absolutely no correlation to Yamaha's Jet Sizes.

Dyno Jet uses their own numbering system.

Thought you'd like to know.

why did they do that ,i just order a mikuni 147.5 and 145 main because its seems rich with the dyno jet 150,but according to a chart to cross reference (vmaxoutlaw.com) the dj 150 is equal to the factory(141.3). and the 147.5 would be like there 157.5 doesnt make sense

They likely did it so that I couldn't order the kit, open it, copy the numbers off the jets before I use them, then tell you which ones they included in their kit which would allow you to get them from any mikuni supply shop.

Speaking of ordering them, any reputable shop that carries jets should carry the "Large Round Mikuni Main Jets". Give them those words and the'll likely pull out a kit that contains a plethera of jets in the sizes you need. I'd not pay more than $3-$4 (U.S.) each.
