Default aftermarket wolvy shocks

I have a buddy who has a 96 wolverine. He's about 300lbs and carries stuff on the racks. He's complaining about bottoming the rear all the time and is looking for a performance rear shock (money's not an issue). What do you recomend? How much, and from what supplier? Thanks.

I run Works, much better than stock, there are some on ebay for front and back, and they will set them up for your weight and riding style. Just spend the extra 20 bucks a shock and get the threaded adjusters, otherwise you have to take the shock off and use a spring compressor to change the preload.

i knew a guy named ty with just about every part on his wolvy, short of a big bore, those works shocks made his quad look like it was ridin of a cloud.

try and get elka to custom make one, they are the best of the best.

I run Elkas on mine. Their quality and customer service are second to none.
