anyone care to post there top speed on a 660 Grizz?
I got 108 KPH out of mine, I am 180 lbs

 

My wife's went 67 mph.

 

Best out of the speedo was 69 for a very very brief time. 68 normally, downhill. 67 any day on flat pavement.

Now... GPS top end I've only done once on that downhill and it said 64 when the speedo said 68.

 

My 03 will do 63 to 64 mph with 5 psi. in the tires. It will do 66 to 67 mph at 7psi. Less drag I guess.

 

I have yet to open the 05' grizz up so I'm not exactly sure what top end is on it, however on one occasion with my 03' grizz I was able to see the speedo at 73. The unit was completely stock and It was downhill on a gravel road on a cool night and I was practically laying on the gas tank to cut down wind. BTW, I pull down about 135lbs soaking wet. I was never able to repeat the situation, however never had a problem reaching 69 on the speedo.

 

I got my Grizzly up once to 85 on a paved road. Normally, I can run it to about 68ish. I dragged against 2 Sportsman 700s, Arctic Cat 650, Sportsman 500, and Prairie 700 and whipped em all. I love my Grizzly!

According to my expirences and alot of other peoples the Grizz is one of the slowest out of the ute groups. They are a good quad and all but there not even close with the bigger bores. If your grizz does 85 you better keep it because you got one of the special ones.. And since when does being on pavement make you go 20ish mph more?

85 huh... i highly doubt that, u cant find a stock sport quad that will do that these days

 

Mid 60's. But if your worrying about speed, you got the wrong type of quad...
