Problem starting Raptor

Got a dumb ? guys....when checking the starter, would I be correct in using the post atop the starter and the output shaft as my contact points? I was gonna take a look this evening if nothing comes up. Thanks!

Problem starting Raptor

I would do the starter post and the engine case as your measuement points. That's where the current flows.
