in the manual it says to find a plate with a "v" notch on it ...but the clutch i bought all the plates look the same except 2 are smaller then the rest

Does your old plate have the notch?
What does it sat to do with the one with the notch?

 

yea the stock ones are okay ..but the cluctch kit i bought theres no markings.....theres seven plates 5 are the same 2 are different

 

Does your clutch pack have a cushion spring in between the fibers and steel plates?

 

thanks for the reply's but it's all back together and better then new......but i just found a new problem,my top motor mount is cracking.wtf? can i do to repair it .any ideas

 

Can't get my clutch back together. I have it all assembled, but can't determine how much to tighten the springs down. THe case will not fit unless I tighten it down about all the way, but this doesn't seem right.

What cable adjustments will I need to make on with the new clutch in?
