Default Differential Lock Problem

We own a 2004 Yamaha Grizzly. When we put it in 4 x 4 diff lock and now it won't come out. We tried rocking it forward and in reverse, turning the wheels side to side and it still won't come out. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how do I fix it. I went thru the manual and the service manual and there was no info in the book.

Thanks for any help.

Default Differential Lock Problem

Try putting it in reverse and rolling backwards about 10-15ft if that does not work, lift the bike up onto its rear rack and on the front diff is a connector going into the electronic diff. remove it, clean it out and put a little dielectric grease in there and it should fix the problem.
