warrior starting issues.
#1
For some reason the battery went dead on my warrior after sitting for maybe a month (bent axle). Upon closer inspection the fuse was blown. I had noticed after I installed my new clutch lever and perch (no switches or p-brake) that every time I would put the bike in reverse it would stall on me. Well I ended up jump starting it off of my car and it runs fine. It will even reverse just fine. I had a jumper wire installed across where the fuse would be just to get it started.
Once it was running I noticed a clicking noise comeing from the starter relay right under the fender. I've tried charging the bat. and it still wont start the bike. It has atleast 12 volts in it ( checked with volt meter). Is this what happens when the starter relay goes bad? The bike is a 2003 and has had almost no mods done to it. (other than the no clutch in switch or p-brake)
I'm at a loss here and as soon as I ask the "stealer'ship where I bought it from they offer to work on it for $50 an hour.

I have no idea why the fuse pops, i just tryed to start my warrior up the other day and the fuse just popped on me, i replaced it and rode off.
try checking all your wires and make sure they arent rubbing against the frame.
