Yeah, looking forward to the snow here too. I usually only ride from about this time of year through March, then it's camping each weekend and getting the bikes out.
The Warrior will be fun until the snow starts flying and then the Wolverine takes over. The Mudlites sure make it a "go anywhere" machine!

Some of you guys are already taking about having snow, I am jealous. It is the second week of deer season and there is no snow to be seen or in the forecast. It is unseasonablly warm here now. I love riding on snow and ice WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOO.

You sure about that velociraptor? I got chased in 6 inches of snow(2-3 on the roads). They didn't stand a chance.

Snow? What is that....

Accually last year was great. We had 2 feet fall at once. It was reall wet and heavy, the ol 95 wolvy couldnt pull a 200lb person sledding behinde it so I used the Rubicon instead.

Normally we just get ice on the ponds. 2 wheels drives are boring on ice because you can not control the front as much. Pulling 360's over an over with a 4x4 on an icy pond is GREAT.

Yeah my area is a bit more urban then burlington, the local police force has 2 4x4's.......... thats it. RWD crown vic's don't get through that stuff, so the cops have adopted a" live and let live" policy. We ride and they sit there and wait for the plows. But if you get a state of emergency, they can't say anything.

Well here in Las Vegas, we don't get alot of snow

But at Mt. Charleston which is really close, we have already hit some snow. Only about 6" but that's better than none. Soon there will be alot more and I can't wait!

O/T - Halflife2 tomorrow! Woot!!!

For clothing I run with long johns, Carharts, and Military Gortex Camo. 1 thin pair of gloves, and 1 thick pair. For boot I just throw on some thick socks and my Gortex Boots from Cabelas.

For the Machine I use a wolverine with the tires aired down to 4psi.
