hey yamrap,what some people dont tell you won't hurt..Some people on here have mortgaged their houses and sold cars to fulfill their love for the sport..You do have some that will finance 2-3 quads for the family..Some buy them to get close to their kids(divorce cases, etc).Other cases can be to reward their kids for good report cards,behavior etc..Some buy them because as a kid they couldn't afford them then and now the opportunity has knocked and they answer.Most importantly this is just a hobby unless you decide to make a living out of it.If you had a money tree in your backyard what would you do.ahhhhhh[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

I felt like i was deprived as a child of cool toys. I am making up for it now out of my own wallet. My parents would never buy anything for us kids growing up that required assembly or fuel, unless it was a lawnmower or a weedeater.

 

On the average, Americans have around 20 grand in debt, not including mortgages and college loans. Now take for instance, I am not in that group, so, there is someone out there thats probably twice that. I know for a fact that alot of the people that "look" rich, are wayyyy over that. Just depends where your priorties are. For some people spending money they don't have is not a problem. I just hate having to pay back more than I borrowed.

 

Debt the american way. I have very little my self. but there is a store called the Money tree. i wonder if you can pick money like apples there? hmm [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

lol, im 14 and my dad is great to me. As a matter of fact today were going to look at a brand new 2005 660 raptor, hopefully all goes well...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

working 6 or 7 days aweek to buy a few toys, wish this housing market would cool down, 195k for a starter home.not growing on trees were i ride

 

when I retire which is a long ways away( I'm 17) I'm going to spend like half my money on toys.

Well my family right now is in debt by about 400k [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] but it is being payed back... actually i think we're down to about 150k left... we were very lucky to get one quad... even luckier to get a 2nd... my car(in my sig) was a lowprice buy and hopefully it will sell for more.... so really here there aint to many munAY trees growin.. just hard workers....
