Just stay in front of the debt monkey. It's tough when all your friends go buy new quads, cars, etc., but when you own all your toys they are way more fun. It's a long road, lemme tell you, but like me I'm 43 (like ready to die of old age to most of you guys) and when I buy a quad I write a check for it. I know a lot of guys who get upside down in all their payments (young and old alike) and they are paying a bunch of interest with money they don't have, it's the worst thing you can do.
