I am trying to remove and replace the brake pads on my son's Yamaha Breeze. I have removed wheels, cotterpin and castlenut but can not remove the hub. I read a previous post and released the brake cable from the lever so as to relax pads but still cannot remove hubs. There is a rubber type seal over the axle. Does this have to be removed also?. Can I wd40 around this seal if the hub is rusted to the axle? Am I missing something? Please, any help is appreciated.
