I have no clue, i looked down the barrel of my carb and it looks realy clean, im also a fanatic with air filter cleaning/maintence. See i don't want to have to bring it back, i hate "selling out" to a dealer. Anyone know where i can get a pdf of the service manual on valve adjusting.

I dont know anything about the rap. 350 airbox, but it sounds exactly like what my suzuki was doing when I accidently didnt seat the lid properly.

I founf something on raptor tranny about valve adjustment for the 660, would almost the same apply to the 350? Im used to working on cars, not bikes.

Great to hear you got it worked out etc

If you have trouble with the manual info dont forget its the same 350 that was in the warrior since 87 so there should be plenty of info all over the place.
