Blaster in Mud and water
#1
Hey all, i was wondering seeing how its a 2-stroke if takin it threw the water and mud could be an issue, as long as u keep it under the seat and dont swamp it, but i rode today in about 2 ft of water and it didnt seem to run right after i got out, it was cutting out a little like it hadent been warmed up, could the water of just cooled it down alot, anything else i should watch for? or modify?
EDIT: ALSO i was wondering if anyones knows how i could maybe bore my engine i dont know very much about 2-strokes and what you have to do, or what would be a good amount to get it bored to, any info i would be very appriecative. thanks

My friend has a blaster and he has the same problem, they really don't like water/mud. Check to see if your plug boots are shot, you can pick up some new ones for $3 bucks a pop at a powersports shop. Also when you get out of the water always pull that drain plug on your airbox, water gets in there real easy.
They bore out blasters to 240's, alot of companies are doing that, just do a search.
