You need to jet because you run a pipe, not the other way around. The pipe is going to allow better airflow out of the motor, increasing the airflow in slightly. More air needs more fuel. Now a jet kit should run you around 40-50 bucks, a pipe varies depending on brand, and if its a slip on or full system. I noticed you have a k&n filter, you can probably make a few holes in the lid and run the pipe to see some good improvements, as long as you jet for it. Give tom a call at sweetquads, he can hook you up with what you need.

Yeah the airbox lid, make 3 1inch holes in the lid to get more airflow to the filter, also get an outerwear for the k&n filter. Outerwears are a thin fabric that goes over the filter and makes it water resistant, adding a little more protection to your motor. Go to the K&N website, and you can order the one for your filter. If i was you i would go with a HMF slip on, they are only $200 from sweetquads, and for an extra 20 bucks you can get it powdercoated a color to match your bike. They make good power and the price is unbeatable.

Right on this site, Tom at sweetquads.com is a great guy to deal with, and he sells them at $200 shipped. Give him a call or post in his forum at the top of the mainpage.
