where to get blaster bored out??

Default where to get blaster bored out??

i have a 02 blaster with dmc alien pipes, k&N air filter im looking into getting it bored out soon and i was wondering if anyone new a place where i could go or send it to to have it bored out to a 240 and have the porting and polishing done as well and if any one had andy recomendations on a carb. to get also with the boring and porting does any one know about how much it will cost?

Default where to get blaster bored out??

You can't bore out the stock sleeve to 240. You need to have the sleeve removed, have the cylinder bored and then a lager 240 sleeve added. The added cc's are only going to be as good as the port work and carb size. In actually fact, the cc's do very little without the others to make it all run correctly. Carb wise, on a ported 240 you should be looking for at least a 33mm, and with heavy port work and head mods maybe a 35mm A/S

yea i plan on getting a new carb and rad vavle soon after and i was a wear that i need a bigger sleeve i was mainly just trying to find of some where i can send it or some where people know of that do good porting and boring and around about figure on cost... i know what has to be done i just dont know where to send it..but thanks ... is there any where you recomend?
