With the oil leaking through the drive axle and the sound being made under chain load, you most likely need to replace the oil seal and bearing for the drive axle. Make sure the drive axle is straight and there is no galling on the bearing and seal area of the shaft.

ok, thats sounds about right. I have a new chain coming. And while I'm at it I will change the bearing & oil seal. Nothing would be worst but to be leaking oil 10 miles in the middle of no where. Thanks alot guys for your assistances. I'll keep Ya posted.
