Someone near you has a boosted up CB Radio. Whenever they key up the mic and talk it will cause every speaker in anything with batteries or without to play whatever they say. I have seen a uninstalled unwired speaker sitting on a toolbox play when a boosted CB radio transmitted.

There is your scientific answer.

So thats WTF is going on with my TV. Man i **** my pants the other day, My tv started talking jibberish to me when it was off, so i unplugged it and it kept going. This was after watching ghosthunters on scifi, so you can imagine what i was thinking. Now that you mention it, my neighbor is always listening to police scanners and ****, so that explains it.
