Default glowing headers

I just installed a Yoshimura full comp exhaust and rejetted with DJ 148 and 150 3 turns out. There are now air box mods other than a modified snorkel. My headers start glowing red after in runs a little bit and then turn a goldish color when they cool. Is this normal or is it running lean?? I thought if anything I'd be a little rich. Also I'm around 600-100 ft elevation. Thanks for any input!

I have the trs full system on my yfz.my pipe was super red and i fattened up my main jet and it was almost completely gone.i can only see it glowing at night, and its not very bright at all.a little glowing at night i think is normal.yoshimura instructions say that if your headpipe is purple and blue when it cools off then its lean but if its gold then it ok.mine turned gold after i fattened it up.my friend has a raptor with the ti trs full system and he runs his raptor pretty fat so you should maybe try going up a little and see what happens.remember my quote.you can run rich but you cant run seized.lol good luck.

Can I go to the dealer and get a 27.5 pilot jet and install it with the DJ kit? Will this effect the rest of my jetting?
