I am running a stage three ALBA pipe kit on my 2004 Raptor and I am happy with it. It is loud as F$$K though....cant ride around my neighborhood without the quiet core in it. Anyway Since I only bought one pipe and have nothing to compare it to, I wanted some opinions from some of you knowlegable boys out there. What do you guys think about the ALBA setup? Did I do good? Well its a little late now for the opinions of others. If you are happy with the purchase then thats all that matters.

The alba pipe is a decent unit that makes good hp. The problem, as you have seen, is the noise. Its louder than any CT or Sparks that I have ever heard and only the tinny pipes from pro circuit and fmf seem to come close on the db level.

I say keep the quiet core in and have fun. If the power or the noise get to you too much, you can always sell it and buy something else.

 

well i got alba on my warrior and all i got to say is it put out good hp but its so loud its like running with no muffler lol it gets annoying after riding with that pipe for awhile and after getting many headaches i sure wanted to get rid of it.

 

It looks sikk to meand the review in dirt wheels was awsome cept it was loud as f$$ck like you said. But i like loud.

 

Any other opinions would be greatly appreciated.
