I didn't keep any meat off the white deer. I don't know if the taxidermist did either. But from what I hear it doesn't taste much like deer meat, and it's pretty un-eatable. Besides, I didn't kill him for meat...I killed him because it's a once in a lifetime chance to take a pie-balled whitetail.
