Default good carb for a wolverine?

I have dial-a-jet on my Wolvy and Warrior. Talk to Lon at Thunder Products about it. You could also do a search on this forum under "dial-a-jet" and research it yourself.www.thunderproducts.com.

What is a good carb that will give me some performance. My wolvy is stock for the engine except a pipe and a air filter.

A cheap upgrade would be to put a stock Warrior intake manifold and carb on it. If you are going to get a carb and you only have a 366, dont really go any bigger than a 36mm. I would buy a Mikuni with an accel. pump before I bought the Edelbrock, but its up to you. If you decide to go with the Edelbrock, let me know how it goes.

To the best of my knowledge, many of Mickey Dunlap' s 435/446 motors run just fine on the stock carb. He himself told me that the stock carb was the best choice for the motor.

Lotus is right, the stock carb works great, but if you want more top end, dont go too high, it will kill your bottom end. The accelerator pump helps get rid of any hesitation on the bottom end. It works good, I wouldnt want a carb without it.

The mikuni TM36-68(36mm) and TM33-8012(33mm) have an accelerator pump.
