I came into some problems yesterday when i was installing my axle ( i messed up the threads real bad on the nut the posilock screws onto). Well i called up and talked to Jeremy, he's a great guy, was very helpful and got me a replacement shipped out the same day. I just thought i'd let you guys know since they have a bad rep for customer service.

That is good to hear finally, They must have dumped that woman that was their customer support for a long time. She was very rude to me and others and ended up sending all my DuraBlue items back.
