Default Does this seem good? Jetting for Sparks/K&N

Alright on the sparks racing website the jetting recommendations are like this

Raptor 6606R
148 / 150 DJ
DynoJet / 4th clip
P = 27.5
Screw =2 +/- 1/2

This is exhaust /filter/ no lid at sea level.
If I'm at around 500 ft, and am not planning on doing open lid, is this good, cause the clip seems pretty high, maybe it would be better to going with 3rd clip. And the air screw out 3?

Also how do you that your pilot jet is to lean or to rich?

Thanks,

MIke.
