Default Jetting for Blaster

What size jets do i get to rejet my carb for winter? It's been acting up alot lately, it doesnt want to start and revs up and down and I have to screw with idle way too much.

If it is set up right to begin with, you should'nt have to re-jet for the change of seasons.

Than why is it acting up? Everytime I start it I have to adjust idle and then mess with it for awhile.
