putting on a tach

Default putting on a tach

i know its possible but i dont know what i woudl have to do inorder to do this. i want to put a tach on my blaster. has anyone ever put a tach on there atv,dirt bike, or any single cylender motor b4? any advice would help.

I'm sure you can. I have one on my raptor, look at my pics. Stuart Warner tach.

how much did youre tach cost?was it easy to setup?

It is easy to hook up, three wires. Programs easy also. $125

Cabelas sells one for $39 called the TinyTach that is good enough for most people. You can buy it direct from the manufactures also.

dfitz what rpm does your tach go up to. the cabelas one i found only goes to 9000 and im prtyy shore my blaster revs higher than 9000. thanks for the info guys

thanks for the imput guys. i didnt want a digital tach i wanted one off of like a street bike but i dont think thats gona work. idk what im gona go with id pick the one from cabelas cause its cheep and small but he11 id be the ONLY one in my area wiht a tach and shiftlight if i go with the Stuart Warner tach. idk but thanks for the help guys. any more input would still help

diftz where did you get your stuart warner tach from? i cant find them. i can only find the tiny tach. thanks
