Default toomey t5 vs tr6 for banshee

I'm thinking about purchasing a toomey exhaust for my banshee, and I wasn't sure which system I should get, the t5 or the tr6. It costs 480 for t5 pipes and silencers chrome, and 580 for tr6 pipes and silencers chrome. I have heard that the t5 are better if you are going to modify your banshee in the future, and tr6 if you are putting them on a stock banshee. The only modifications I'll probably make in the future is V-force reeds and power now inserts, other than that the engine will be stock. Oh yea, and I have no air box, just a uni filter on each carb. Thanks for any help.

T6 are good, i heard better than t5 espeically on the low end. I vote for the t6s but you can't go wrong either way

A friend just installed T-6's on his 03 stock Banshee and we noticed a good increase in mid to top end. It didn't hurt the bottom end any , but I'm having a hard time seeing any improvement down low. Rejet and uni's on each carb is all else done so far.

I rode a banshee with T5's, it ran great, not trying to change your mind, but the same day, I had also ridden a banshee with just a pair with CPI and i liked it better.

Do you think that the tr6 pipes and silencers are worth the extra money? And would my future modifications that i listed make a difference with the t5 or t6 systems? Also, how much are CPI pipes? And did that Banshee have any other modifications besides thee CPI pipes?

Thanks for your help guys...

Look into FMF. i road a banshee with FMF Fatty gold series and Powercore 2 mufflers and that thing absolutly SCREEMED. i have never compared it to any other pipes, but their worth a look at.

Put a set of T-5's on it and you'll have all the pipe you will ever need. There isnt a better all around pipe, period.

cool guys, thanks, if you have any more input, that's cool.

probably the best thing I have going for me in terms of going fast on my banshee, is that I only weigh 120!
