350 BRUIN RELIABILITY
#23
I've had my Bruin a little over a year and have had no problems. The dealer said top speed is about 45 mph but I couldn't say for sure. Plenty fast for what I want. Like most stock quads, the tires aren't real good for deep mud.

My girlfriend bought a 2004 Bruin about 2 months ago and we love the thing. It has plenty of power for what we use it for and with the selectable 4 wheel drive, it's a great machine. She loves the belt drive also because she has a hard time shifting my 95 Kodiak.
It does seem a little more tipsy at speed and she is aware of that fact but it's hard to keep her off the thing!
The only problem we have had was a flat on left front tire out in the middle of her mom's 230 acres. Thank God for fix-a-flat!!
Bottom line is I expect this machine to be just as reliable as my Kodiak.

Ive had my Bruin for almost exactly a year now, and I love it. Not the fastest machine out there, but as far as reliability goes it hasnt let me down yet. It will go anywhere. The stock tires suck, but thats my only complaint.
