Hi all! New guy here. I got my first atv last Aug. an 04 Raptor (red/white). Any way I love it and Im in the market for a pipe. Its pretty much between the Yoshi comp full system or the Sparks full system. Any suggetions will be appreciated. My main riding is at the Jericho Sand dunes, the Noles and when Im real desperate to ride 5 mile pass. Any fellow Utahns got any advice on jetting for our altitiude?

welcome to the forums.
ive got fmf on my bike and i like it either pipe would be a good choice.get a stainless pipe and get it coated.but if it was up to me i would get a dual setup those things look sweet. the way it should have been from the factory.i guess the banshee would have gotten jealous if they put the duals on the raptor.

 

Sweet, thanks for the response. I looked into the fmf set up but I wasnt sure about the header size and which combo to roll with. You ride the dunes often?

 

never been to the dunes yet hopefully this summer how much you willing to spend on the pipes?

 

Well I dont have a limit, but Id like to keep it within reason. The less I spend on a pipe the sooner I can get some decent shocks. Where do you usually ride?

We ran 150 & 155 w/ air screws about 2 turns out w/ K&N and 8 or so 1" holes in lid, full pipe.. Sold the Raptor.. We are dune aholics and go about 30x a year.. I'm in the middle of a winter teardown for a few weeks.. I ride hard so I did a freshen up kit. I got to see how my motor was wearing and how the EFI is working by the carb build up on the piston..
