yeah it has a set of spacers, with them out its a +2, with them in, +4. I set it to plus 4 and with my stock rims and tires im at 49inches wide in the rear. To change it you have to take the castle nut off, pull the hub and take out the spacer.

Here check this pic out, thats the stock axle laying on the floor. the hubs would be where the inside edge of the tire sits now.

My freind has a 01 400ex completely stock, and my other freind has a 2004 Piped warrior(T4), and they dragged and the 400ex stompped it, by about 1 1/2 car lenghts. now if you put a Cam in the warrior then maybe it will beat a 400ex and keep up with a Z.

Are you kidding me? I walk all over warriors til the last few RPM's of 6th gear, because of their 1-2 mph differences..But my blaster is not stock..
BTW stock blasters top out at 58-59, and warriors top out 60-61

yeah....i agree. the warrior will be stomped in this race. i have a piped, clutched warrior that got monkey stomped by my buddies new Z. i had him 1,2, gear and then 3rd on it was like he was walking right away from me. those things have some ***** thats for sure. i was definately impressed with their quad. i never liked suzuki....cuz im a good ole yamaha boy...but they sure did a good job on the Z-400.

That depends entirely on the rider then because when my warrior was jetted with the airbox lid off and a T4 I was a little faster on the bottom end and right on the EX's *** all the way up until the end and even then he would get maybe 2 quad lengths ahead. No question in my mind now that id stomp that Z X_X! I can’t wait to put my nitrous kit in its going to 0wn.

I agree with D3ath, when my bike was stock, all i had was the baffle out and the clip moved 1 clip richer, i was racing my friends 400ex, and i always had him until about the end of 3rd, and then he would start to walk away from me. I havn't raced him again with all the new mods, i am betting i could pull on him until then end of 4th and the he will start to creep by, maybe ill smoke him. That 400ex when i raced him had a k&N and a PB header, suppousdly a cam but i doubt it. They aren't that fast, the new raptor 350 makes 22hp, a 400ex is only make 25-26hp. I should be right there if not more with all the mods.
