I am in need of a new helmet. I have not bought a new one for yuears. Any recommendation on Brand and location for a decent price. I want a closed front just incase I fall on my face.

 

Whatever you buy just make sure its DOT and snell aproved, oneal has some helmets that exceed those ratings so thats what im looking at. Go to your local dealer and try it on, you won't know if its a good fit by ordering it online.

i got a... HJC X 3 or something like that its like X-3 or something i dunno. it works great, i was riding in the rain and my head and face didnt even get wet.

 

You have to measure your head with a tape measure 1 inch abouve your eyes and around the fattest part of your head. RMATV has the instructions

 

well you size your helmet by measureing around your head put the cloth tape 1 inch above your eyebrow and around the biggest part of the back of your head for example my head is 21 1/2 i got a XL and fits like a glove.
